LATEST NEWS: I Pulled My Music From Spotify
Spotify was never essential to my career as my niche is composing for TV, film, and other media. Despite their abysmal royalties, I left my work on the platform so anyone who wanted to listen could access it easily. This week, I was on the wrong end of an egregious Spotify policy that has revealed the platform to be a liability for most if not all independent artists. So I have removed my music from Spotify with immediate effect. Read more about why I removed my music here.
Social media hasn't been necessary for my niche in the music industry either. I had accounts because ... well, it's the law! But in truth, I find those spaces very toxic and draining. So they too are now gone. I'm back to a happy life of peace and minimalism. Occasional updates and features will now be on this blog instead.
Many of you reading this probably discovered me through documentaries and history channels that feature my work. I am eternally grateful for your numerous kind comments and unwavering support. I earn a living in music because of you.
